Nearly every film I have sat through with my daughter she has cried bless her, she takes after my sister in that department, my sister used to go to the cinema with her best friend and they choose the soppiest film they could find, they would buy a jumbo box of cleanex tissues together and blubb their way through the entire film and thoroughly enjoy every second, I could never figure them out! Don`t like to cry as I`m afraid of rusting!

Watership Down. I refused to believe that Bigwig was dead for years. I was about fourteen when that came out on the big screen and our school took us to see it in Melbourne, the whole cinema packed full of kids burst into tears when that rabbit got run over and did the spiral piroette in slo-mo with blood everywhere! I call rabbits boobooms now because that`s the noise they make when you run them over! Their vermin in Australia, it was common practice for kids to take a large lamp and cricket bats into the outback at dusk and play a bit of bunny bashing, it sharpens up your batting skills quite a bit! You had to be careful of the ones with Mixo and not hit them, it`s easy to tell because they are generally blind and twitchy and don`t try to run away.

......."Philadelphia" - definitely at the end when the Neil Young title-song is playing (NOT the Boss one) and all the family is watching the old cine-coverage of when Andy Beckett was a young kid - aaagh, tooo much............
..."Dead Poets' Society" is pretty well up there as well at the end - "Captain, My Captain" - "Thank you boys, thank you"..........
.......and as for "Pay It Forward" - well, better stop now!! - "Calling All Angels".......

Like Stuart, Schindler's List set me off. There have been a few. I'll have to get back. Please don't Rob! The thought of Wolfie and Aussie blubbing over soppy films completely distracted me for a few days, so don't you go joining in as well!

How many times do I have tell you Stefano? I never admitted to blubbing for fear of rust, if you carry on I might just cry!

I can remember watching The Great Escape as a kid totally unaware of its tragic ending. Escapees crawling through tunnels, Motorcyclists jumping barbed wire fences and jumping out of moving trains. It was really exiting until the Machine gun fire, the list of names on the screen and then the tears.
