I did though like the way that Rooney with his tracksuit on having been substituted charged across the pitch and joined in the cuddle with the others.  Good job he wasn't in the shower when the final whistle went then!  |

england might think its difficult to qualify,spare a thouht for the two mens singles players at wimbledon 9 hours and 15 minutes later there still battling each other,surely a world record

.. don't things always end up the same? The French capitulate early on, the USA arrive very late, and it ends up with us battling the Germans! Twas ever thus!!  The Italians surrender tamely, but the Japanese are still in there fighting. |
