I think It was really good that Paul gave an Interview himself, to Radio Devon after yesterdays game. Far better to hear from the manager, than Mr North, not wishing to sound unkind, I guess its easier to give an Interview after your team has one.
The important parts of the interview for me were,
1. he said he was not affaid to make changes as and where he felt he needed too.
2. He said he had full believe not only in the squad, but about his own ability to get results and If he did not believe that he would walk.
3. Asked about leaving Nico out, he explained he took 17 players to Cambridge, only 16 could be in the squad. He said Nico was fine about it and understood, he did not go off in a Huff or moan and groan about it, also that this was the attitude of all the players who were a part of the team.
Part 3 in very important, he has made it clear that players who fail to understand that Its all about the team and what decision's he makes for the good of the team and then get in stroppy mood's over It, have no place in the squad. Good on you Paul for making a stand on this.

No Merse I was talking then about other Issues before, now I know a little more about some other things and that Is why I have said well done, the two things are completely different.

Well you could well be correct Micky lets not forget that Desane left the ground after being replaced for the second half, knowing full well he had to meet Ant, his sponsor after the game. I will leave you to make your own mind up, but will say that all players are expected to work hard in training etc, to fight to get a place in the team.
