Many members on this forum could be describe as seasoned forum pro's, warriors who have survived many a forum battle and have lived to tell the tale.
Some on here are new to forums and may at times find replies to their posts a little hard to take, even get upset and feel they don't like forums after all. No one should allow themselves to get upset, rise above it, I know for myself I have been so angry in the past with certain posters, but I have never let them stop me from enjoying using forums.
One of the subjects that divide forum members, Is when the team is playing poor and some fans feel they do not want to pay to watch such poor football, while others feel If you were a supporter, you should aways go to every match no matter what.
Many of us have seem far to many debates on this subject and know how It has often got out of hand and as a result divided members on a forum.Like when there was talk about showing Bateson how we felt and some fans arranging to go and watch Dawlish on a a TUFC match day, even got the TV boys interested who went and did a report on it.
I do work hard to keep the forum running and try and make It a place you enjoy using, I dislike losing any member mainly because I feel the forum failed to provide that person with what he needed of wanted from a forum. I know I will find some members who will stop using the forum, because they have been upset, by another member, It happens and It is often the case that those with the thickest skin, will be the ones who survive forum life.
We are never all going to agree, how boring would that be, but we should never forget we are here because we share a joint love and interest, our team TUAFC.So while It may be you views that some may not be true supporter, because they don't go to games, or they are staying away until they see things improve, I do not agree and think It matters not, the fact that we are here to talk about our team, shows we must be supporters.
I would hope we do not go down the road on here and start to question others about their level of support, It serves no purpose and will only divide our members something I don't want to happen, as I try to build this forum into a good community of fans of TUFC.
