well after reading this you may all think, I have finally gone mad, I would add this has nothing to do with sacking our manager.
It has been said that one reason a manager would not be sacked, was because of the cost paying up his contract.But could there a type of contact, where you would not need to pay up a sacked manager.
I'm sure there are plenty of jobs that are target driven, If you failed to meet all agreed targets, then you could lose your job.
So could that work in football, a manager signs a contract, where he has agreed by x number of games , the team will have x number of points and be x in the table. Not even sure It would be legal, but could it work? If he failed to reach agreed targets, he gets sacked for breech of contract and gets paid nothing
What are your views, what would be the pitfalls, would It even be fair.
