A lot will depend on what the manager thinks, wanting to put in out on loan, may well suggest he is not in the managers plans. If that was the case he may find it hard to ever get the chance to prove his worth.

If Roscoe foresees PB being in charge for a great deal longer then I am a little surprised at his hopefulness of making a go of it at Plainmoor.
If however he senses that 'regime change' in the home dressing room may occur in the not too distant future, then he could be looking forward to a happier 12 months ahead in which his football flourishes.

Personally I would love him to turn things around and prove Paul Buckle wrong.
I thought he was one of our better performers at Wembley in the FA Trophy final, until he went off with his shoulder injury - and there have been flashes of quality from time to time this season. Personally I would like him to be more selfish in front of goal, too often he tries to play players in, rather than shoot himself - although that has become something of a trait of most of our forwards of late.
Maybe a month out on loan, perhaps at a lower level, might see him regain form and fitness (I think there are always question marks over this - given his problems in the past) and a few goals would certainly boost his confidence. Perhaps then he could return, and force his way back into Paul Buckle's plans? He will be 28 next month and with a large chunk of his career blighted through injury (and the recovery from it) he may see us as his last chance to play at this sort of level. Not only that, but I'm sure he'd like nothing better than to have another crack at League 2 - hopefully with us.

Results will determine the fate Of Paul Buckle, If he can turn things around then there would be no reason to him to leave, so If that happens and Desane Is not in Buckles future plans, he may have to get to a point, where he knows he will have to look elsewhere.
I would like to clear a few things up, as some seem to think I have done some sort of U-turn over Buckle, or someone is putting some sort of pressure on me to change what I post.
I have already said no one has any influence over the running or content of the forum, I stick by all the posts I have made over the mistakes that In my view Paul Buckle has made. Nothing has changed over those views.
I was given some Information from a sauce that I trust, having that information has made me look at a few things and also gave me some answers I did not have. I have said If what I believe may happen does, then I really think the manager has to be given time to sort out the team and a chance to improve our results.
If any changes happened, I nor anyone at the club could ever know, what effect those changes would have, but I believe things are being done to make changes that could well turn the results around.
I have made many statements on forums and despite what one or two may claim, they have all been correct.

sauce is the Devon way to spell source Merse, have you forgotten everything since your move to London. The only Devon Sauce I remember came when sidled up to a girl leaning against a wall eating a bag of chips in Union Street, Plymouth. When I enquired if she was looking for business, she looked down at her jeans around her ankles and said "oh I didn't realise the other bloke had finished"
