Well I'll be there tomorrow and I will give the team my total support from start to finish. I cannot see the benefit of getting on the players backs like they did with Thompson against Brighton. I`ll stand with you mate!

I really hope Chris scores the winner tomorrow and plays a blinder. What's the betting that he'll be on the bench just in case he shows Buckle up?

I was really looking forward to this game; I still am and only hope our fans can just support the team out on the pitch. I think a win is a must and not just because we need the points, but you fear a defeat will all be blamed on Bucks because of events this week.
Does he start with Chris believing it will keep the fans happy? Bucks will pick the team he thinks has the best chance of winning the game and a lot will depend on what the lads have been working on in training.
I would expect the pitch to be very soft as we have had a fair bit of rain lately and I’ll guess the gate at around 2700. We must not believe we will win the game due to the fact Burton has many fist choice players missing, to win the game we must earn the right to do so and I expect to see a very attacking line up from us with instructions to get at Burton from the start.
Let’s hope for a good game, the right result and then reading some good match reports on here, we are due to have some positive posts I feel and a good win to discuss.

Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong." If Chris scores the winner tomorrow and plays a blinder then he'll be doing his duty as a professional footballer. No more, no less. You would think life abroad would've broadened your horizons not narrowed them to the width of a gnat's arse.

Cox or Nico left back, Smith right back and Wroe playing alongside Mansell in centre mid. Time to put bite back into the midfield and Mansell wears his heart on his sleave and does the job. Hargreaves would be so valuable kept at Plainmoor. Bring him off bench if need be but his knowledge is priceless. Sad to see Sills go, has to be rated as one of our top forwards and a legend to be honest. Break the bank and sign Thompson !!!!

As one of the first stewards to attend Mr Brad after the Brighton match, can I thank all the stewards who were assisting at the time and the club doctor and the Youth team coach for the efforts. It shook us all and tomorrows pre match silence should be observed properly by fans to a gentleman who served the club so well for so long!! 3 points from the team would be a great tribute !!

Chris, forgive Buckle for what? I think you're confused mate. As for broadened horizons, i thought we were talking about football.
I hope Buckle plays CH. More likely he'll leave him on the bench out of spite.

I think Hargreaves will start and no doubt push the team on towards victory in what could well be his last match for Torquay. Wins today against Burton and then Barnet would give the team some much needed breathing space as many fans are starting to look over their shoulders at the bottom two teams! I hope Carlisle is fit to play but if not I wouldn't be surprised to see O'Kane play on the right wing. I don't know if Cox will be playing as there is no confirmation on .com that he formally signed yesterday so assume he won't. Hopefully I can enjoy the match and see a Torquay win without any disruption in the game itself. We are not in a position where we can afford any negative influences from the club's own supporters.

I would be surprised if Hargreaves features today - which I believe will leave the team weaker in his absence - although I think that it is fully understandable if he doesn't and I don't believe that Bucks would do that out of spite. I would understand if he is moving to Oxford then Bucks will not want to risk him as it will perhaps mean if he is injured then our "space on the wagebill" (as I can only hope that there is a replacement lined-up!!) will not be freed-up or if Hargreaves doesn't want to risk injury to jeopardise his move and the potential extension of his footballing career.
I'm hopefull that we can overcome a Burton team that is also missing a lot of experience at the moment. Poole will be just fine for them in goal - but the other players that they are missing will surely have weakend them There are a lot of young players that will be featuring today - they really need encouragement and support and I just hope that we can get an early goal and settle. A defeat today will be very disappointing and I think the longer-term implications will be more negative than just the loss of 3 points......

I just hope we can get a result today and move on as a team 3 points better off. Looking forward to the game itself and how the players and manager react to the events of the week. If they react well a 3-1 Torquay victory @18-1 seems good value to me? ?

Something very wrong with my reception of Gullsplayer today..........................commentary sounds like Donald Duck through a bucket and low volume, no up to date lineups/tables or stats. Anyone else suffering this problem or could it be my computer?

Commo is fine on mine Merse, and why wouldn't it be at 2-0 up inside 15 minutes, but the rest of the stuff you mention is also absent here!

Same as Capital...
I think line-up is:
Poke Mansell Charnock Robbo Smith Thomson Wroe Hargreaves Zebroski Benyon Rendell
From what I've gathered.
2-1 up... come on UNITED!
