I believe it is a guy called Phil Lee, a fan based in Leeds that Merse and myself had some dealings with when the Capital Gulls magazine was in operation. At least that's the name the presenter gave before handing over to Julian Gaunt for the first time this evening.  Yes that's Phil alright.......................a good lad, knows his football and the practicalities of it with an ability to express himself eloquently. Julian Gaunt comes from Leeds too and is an excellent commentator in my opinion, although he does need to drink a lot of water during matches to protect his voicebox! ;D |

Not really seen much in the way of team news - was surprised to see Mansell on the bench - assume that Robertson is right-back rather than Charnock is playing left-back?
Considering we probably get about .000001p out of every BBC license fee we are very lucky with JG! Great commentator - knows his stuff.

Any comments on how Mr Branston is playing? Not a lot has been said about his performance, I think he made one mistake then nearly let in two Crewe players, I'm sure he will be commanding in the second half, Cox on Smith to right back, cox to left back, Robertson moves in beside Branston. |

Can't get the "live text" to work either - just got the kick-off and the goal - no stats. seems to be working again stuck on 46 minutes going again, key player Danny Stevens stuck again on 57 minutes going again, reminds me of a radio I bought in East Germany in 1990 stuck again, I chucked that radio in the River Main going again |

That change might be because both Branston and Charnock are natural left footers and therefore done with balance in mind.

Im logged in on Gulls Player, click on "Torquay United" in the Live Matches area for our commentary and it tells me to log in to listen! Where else can I listen online guys because this is killing me!
