It doesn't have any real effect on Exeter at all - if they win on Satruday then they are safe - regardless of any other result. If they draw, Tranmere can overtake them if they win away at Stockport, but that result is unlikely to mean them overtake Hartlepool unless they receive a hammering at Brentford. Likewise, if they lose the only result that can send them down is a draw or win for the Trannies.
Personally, I think it would be sweet if 'udders play a reserve team and Exeter and Harlepool win - that would give a bit of satisfaction as they played the fringe players at the McScabs when preparing for the playoffs. That scenario is unlikely given that they could still get promoted if they can reverse the 5 goal advantage that Leeds have on them and Charlton, Millwall and Swindon lose or draw.
I wish our A380 rivals the best for Saturday (I can appreciate that sentiment won't be shared by many on here!) - they are a well run club and gave a lot of support to the TUST when we looked like we might face a future in the BSP with the batesons.

Me, I'd like to see them go down (sure they'd feel the same way). It's a shame that we can't go up to Sid 'smelly' James Park to see the deed done. Looking forward to the pre match bubbly presentation (what a good idea that was) , sticking it up the Notts followed by beer-curry-beer after with Jon.

There's no need to be scared Chelston!
I reckon there is less vitriol between the two clubs after everything that has happend to each other over the last several years. I'd like to see us both do well - obviously them less well than us! I would certainly rather see Argyle slip down the leagues than them!!!
