Not sure if anyone else knows but according to a few players last night, kevin Nicholson is on the transfer list after saying he want to leave.  |

This is terrible news if true. Some may disagree with me but I think we should never have signed Hodges and left Nicho at left back. We should have kept Kevin Hill who could fill in in a variety of positions just like Hodges and who was always happy to serve the club when asked and never complained about missing out on first team action. As a left back I would rather us play Nicho and I would rather see Hill coming into the midfield, when neccesary, than hodges.
This seems inevitable really though, Buckle brings in a replacement in a position where it is not neccesary and now we have 2 "first team" and NO natural right back.

princesspike, reading the paper, It says one player might be going before the transfer deadline, If that happens I would not be surprise if it was Nico. I think to lose a player like him and having only Hodges, who could play there, would really weaken the team.
Lets hope he stays and fights for the right to claim is place back in the side, but as Buckle has said he does not know his best eleven, Nico could well get his place back anyway.
