As Dave suggests there's a few TUFC connections in this 1991 Herald programme.
In light of his recent association with the club, Daryl Batten is probably the most noticeable. There's also Garry Perry who was registered as a player during the Webb era - he appears in the 1984/85 team picture in the centenary history (just as Dale Wreyford is in the 1986/87 shot in the same publication).
Additionally, there's a few Breslans (a sort of Teignside version of the Bastows), Ian Sanderson (one league appearance for Torquay United as mentioned before) and Keith Fenner (part of the family which has been involved at Dawlish Town in recent years?).
There's also Jimmy Hussey who, I think, is the brother of Richard Hussey of Francis Clark accountants who was involved in assisting the consortium in its purchase of Torquay United in 2007.
