 No, but I have now! I don't think that anyone will be leaving before the transfer window closes, not even Steve Woods. By the way, was that "story" linking him with Truro City ever backed up with any statement from Plainmoor? I don't think it was, but obviously if Brett Johnson had been persuaded to come on board he would almost certainly have been surplus to requirements and yet by all reports he came in and did a good job on Monday and will almost certainly hold his place tonight! Just goes to prove at this stage of the season the WHOLE squad has a value to the manager no matter what anyone may try to claim to the contrary.

Buckle's comments about Danny are a little worrying though. He said about Steve Evans "If he wants one of my players he should pick up the phone and talk to me". I dont think he intended to drop any hints there and I certainly hope not. Stevens is one of the most comfortable players on the ball that we have so it would be a travisty if he left. I dont think, despite selecting the wrong words to explain the situation, that Bucks will let Danny go.

As it now seems we will not be getting any new players in, you can bet he will want to hold on to Danny, I was more concerned the way he put it that HE was the one to speak too, as It seems Evans had spoken to Colin Lee.
