 The gymnasium mentioned in the Supporters' Club section where the new Social club had been located was situated under the extension to the Grandstand which was newly opened at that time. A rather backward step as far as player welfare goes, but a forward one for the supporters and vital fund raising potential at the time. Now, ironically that area under the "concrete" section is once again utilised for players' use as the home team dressing room!
