Thanks for sharing your programme Tim, a real gem. I loved reading the adverts on it, some company names I remember well.

Timbo, thanks for posting the Leeds programme.
There's always things which catch the eye....
....the 2pm kick-off in the days before lights were used for competitive fixtures
....the advert for Vinnicombe's Wines (established 1857) which has gone out of buisness within the last month
....army cadets boxing at the Civic Hall, Exeter
....Traveller's Notes: "the small group of fervent fans who travelled to Leeds". I wonder how many?
...."that splendid player John Charles"....."noble solo run"
....the "Rule of the Week" feature. There seem to be so many FA and league regulations you never see in print.
....first replay ticket sold within thirty seconds of the first result being known - "this was super efficiency". I guess it was.
....a Bastow in the SW League appearances.
