So Peterborough United's Chairman Daragh McAnthony, not content with venting his spleen like a spoilt child and publicly attacking all and sundry on his staff on Saturday; goes and sacks the manager HE appointed just thirteen weeks ago ~ the manager HE decided on to take over when the side were precisely where they are now, in the relegation mire and listening to their immature and uninspiring club captain George Boyd, without much collective responsibility and fight in the dressing room. This is what happens when clubs are run the way DavetheGull would have OUR club run..................threshing around like a shark on a line, wasting money and chucking any chance they might have of keeping their heads and surviving out of the window. I'm glad OUR club are run by sensible people, people who are willing to take their share of the pressure when the chips are down. Ever thought of taking YOUR share of the responsibility Mr McAnthony? I've yet to hear YOU admit to errors of judgement, you sure could handle the success but it seems you just can't handle struggle and any fool could see that having won promotion for two years on the trot you might indeed hit rocky waters whilst establishing yourselves at a lot higher level than League 2!

And don't forget that only 13 weeks ago he decided that his talent warranted a 3.5 year contract, crazy.
I really don't understand the logic behind offering some such a long deal and then terminating it so quickly.
They will argue that something had to be done to stop the slide but like you mention the board made the decision to appoint Cooper in the first place, the least they could do was give him a fair crack of the whip.
