Hard work this being on holiday!! You're dead right and it's something I'm not used to. I've not taken a decent break from work for a year now due to the recession and today I'm on the first day of a planned five day rest from work and began it by going out with Anthony and picking up the odds and ends that weren't available when Bijou finished off the shopping yesterday. Now I'm already in trouble with Olivia after curling up on the settee with her to watch her DVD of Ice Age 3 and some much needed quality time with my little Princess who jealously defends her personal time with Daddy. Why am I in trouble? I fell asleep.......................I always do when I watch a film on TV or read a book to the kids ~ it's an inherent weakness inbuilt in my system I'm afraid. Now she's stomped off and is telling Anthony and Olivia that Daddy's rubbish, "snorey" and boring.................what can I say? nothing I try to do to redeem myself will work with Little Miss Stubborn and I was quite enjoying that film actually.

Headphones on Aussie (Theres some Dancing on thin ice guff on the box which the wife likes to watch - me I would rather watch a programme on the History Channel at 8.00pm about the one million horses and donkeys who were sent to the battle fields of WW1) listening to Robert Calvert - Captain Lockheed and the Starfighters. www.amazon.co.uk/Captain-Lockheed-Starfighters-Robert-Calvert/dp/B0000011L7Try this:

You take into account Lemmy`s voice and that guitar and it`s really easy to see how Birdfart got their characteristic sounds from!

I had the pleasure of seeing Kate and Anna, plus Martha and Rufus Wainwright (and special guests) in a quite spectacular evening's entertainment at the National Festival Hall a few years ago. Definitely the best musical evening out I have ever had and sadly it will never be repeated! What a talented family...music in the genes.
