Don`t want to tempt fate but that is a shrewd move.

Yes! A very important win. 6 points from the last 2 games, would have settled for less points.
Roll on Rushden!

And its all over can't really comment on the actual game as the commentry was at best shite. 3 points and with wrexham losing and stevenage drawing things are looking that little bit rosier. Happy days bring on R+D ;D

Merse is at the game and hopefully capitalgull, so we should get some good reports from the game. To be fair it did not sound too good a game and we did not seem to create very much.
Nico seemed to be the main man where shooting was concerned and its good to see another of his free kicks go in and get us in front. The conditions were not to good a strong wind and rain, so I don't think it was going to be a good passing game.
Great to see Carlisle get the winning goal, he may not have been on too long, but that will do him the power of good and lets hope we will see the Carlisle we know from his days at Exeter, in the second half of the season.
It sounded like Green had another poor game, sorry but play him in the middle, he is not a winger and we will never see the best of him out there. I nearly got excited as I heard Ellis was coming on, only for Bucks to change is mind and bring on Adams. Never mind Mark, keep your head up and surely you time will come soon.
A good win and one that will help to get a few more up at Plainmoor on Saturday and should give the team plenty of confidence to go and win the next game.

I didn't like to tempt fate Rob!!
The conditions made the game sound hugely difficult so to come away with the 3 points is fantastic. Never mind the quality - that puts a bit of daylight between us and the pack and also gives us a chance to kick-on towards overhauling Stevenage and Cambridge.
It was also good to hear Carlisle get the winner, hopefully that will keep "the usual suspects" crowd off his back for 5 minutes on Saturday!
I'm looking forward to our friends from the Big Smoke (and the hardcore that travelled from Devon) to post their views.

Histon pl 32 pts 63 cambridge pl 35 pts 61 Stevenage pl 35 pts 60 torquay pl 33 pts 59 Wrexham pl 31 pts 53 Crawley pl 33 pts 53 Oxford pl 35 pts 53
A nice 6 point gap on wrexham now although they have a better goal difference would rather have the points in the bag though personally overall a very productive night.

Yes have to agree that its far better to have the points in the bag, looking at the table things do look much better after this game and a play-off place is firmly in the hands of the team.
Are we now going to go on that run of form that teams who have won the play-off final have gone on? well we can only hope we can and three more points on Saturday will do very nicely thank you.
