Come on You Everton Blues! Blue Army! Blue Army! Bill Gates is planning to retire from Microsoft and help the poor with his wealth, so I've heard. So see you in the queue Dave. I'm just a poor thick Lancashire Lad! Only a loaf of stale Hovis and a block of mouldy Lancashire crumbly cheese in the house. Hope you all enjoy your celebration drink this Satday or Sunderday the 30st!

I've been enjoying the lovely sunny weather in beautiful South Devon, well apart from Wednesday anyway, and looking forward to a couple of beers tomorrow night...as long as it's not just going to be me and Dave!!

Well that was good fun - three hours in the pub, and I am sure StuartB and son, Phil (Chelstongull), Joe Barlow and myself managed to get at least a couple of words into the conversation as Dave 'Jethro' R held court at the Farmhouse Tavern.
If it hadn't been obvious before, it's clear to see just how much this forum and building up this community means to 'Jethro'. He's a credit to us all and I hope we'll get the chance to meet up again soon at one of the meetings being talked about for early next season.
I'll let Dave bring those up as and when necessary, but in the meanwhile Chelston and myself are determined that the TFF Christmas Party should include a guest appearance from Davybeat. In fact, I've been in touch with that woman Jethro was on about last night, and she has started a petition....again ;D

It was a great pleasure and an honor to meet you Andy boy boy and to spend three hours in the very best company possible. As you will know I did announce halfway through the evening that I had just set a new record, I did not talk for a whole three minutes As I walked in the Farmhouse Tavern and you walked up to greet me I was taken back to a day in my life just over 18 years ago. What happened was I had answered a ad in the lonely hearts column in the HE and a blind date was set up at the very same pub. In I walked and was greeted by a young lady as tall as you. My mind was soon working over time and a lovely picture came into my head giving this young lady a portion and thinking I would not be able to look into her face as I did so ;D I knew just where my head was going to have to rest. I did get her sat down at a table so she did not have to talk down to me and I had a good night and while she was keen to have a second date, I felt I needed to look for a drawf or similar. A really great night and one of many I hope and I'm looking forward to our next matchday carvery. All the best Dave

Very glad that James and i were able to make it all the way from wales. You local numpties should be ashamed of yourselves no wonder we don't get the support the club needs and deserves ;D that's right isn't it, merse? It was a pleasure to meet Joe, Phil and DaveR once more but even better to meet, the very tall, Andy. I enjoyed the evening listening to Dave ............. oh and the others when they got chance
