I hear the non league season is on stand by whilst Kings lynn appeal against demotion. I understand they were asked to spend £200,000 on improvements including a turnstile they don`t really need. Because its a council owned ground they had to apply for permission. This has now come through but not before the FA deadline passed. The FA won`t budge despite most clubs agreeing that KL have one of the nicest grounds in the league and kL promising the work will be done before the season starts.
