Well what a great offer the club is making to those who buy a season ticket before Friday the 15th May 2009. The cost is only £199 for all areas and that works out at only £8.65 per a game.
The club does require that a total of 650 fans need to subscribe to this offer, failing to get the magic figure will result in prices being charged at the normal rates.
It would then be £320 for the main and family stands or £300 on the pospide, there is also offers for children's season tickets.
You will never get a better chance to watch TUFC at such low prices and the club has shown it wants to try and help during these hards times caused by the credit crunch. So go and get yours, what are you waiting for.

Take a look at dotcom at the fantastic season ticket offer. £8.65 per game if you take a season ticket out before a date in May.
Now that is fantastic deal that even I will take advantage of. In the past, I've missed too many mid-week games warrant a season ticket but this is great.
they need 650 to take up the offer to be valid

I've never bought a season ticket before and had never been tempted (other than our season in League 1 until our dreadful pre-season!). I am extremely temped by this - it's a bargain.
One thing that I would want clarified..... If you sign-up for a season ticket now at this price, you wouldn't automatically be "upgraded" to the full-price option if there were not 649 other buyers?!
BTW - Stuart, I was hopeful that your original posting "Fantastic Offer" was some team had jumped-in to snap-up Michael Brough for £50k!

I can't wait to read the smart arse and poisoned response of the HE loonies as they comment on "their" website this afternoon! Surely the very best offer that has ever been made to the supporters of OUR club........................how I dearly hope that the dreaded negativity and laissez fayre attitude of the area doesn't prevent it going ahead.

I will be buying one next week for sure. It works out at an extra 10 games free, so even casual fans or fans that miss a few mid week games due to work etc. could now commit to the club. We should sing this offer from the roof tops and get as many potentials to snap one up. I'm sure we can get 650. What was last years take up +400ish?

To add to that. Is the ticket for entry to any part of the ground. If so great. I have a season ticket for the Popside and sometimes my son comes along to the games but my wife takes him into the Family Stand as he's only 4. With the access all areas this will be ideal for me.

I would imagine that whilst the prices are for anywhere - you would have to purchase as before i.e. Pop, Family, Fogie side etc.

Not sure that would be possible Pikey. Each stand has a certain capacity for safety reasons so you would need to know how many fans would be in each area.

It's a great deal and i'll certainly be in the hoped-for 650. Great initiative from the club - offer an excellent deal to the supporters, whilst simultaneously getting the cash in the coffers nice an early so transfer budgets are in place. I we can't find 650 people willing to subscribe to this idea it'll be scandalous, and a sad indictement of our supporters.

In the past, I've missed too many mid-week games warrant a season ticket but this is great. they need 650 to take up the offer to be valid Like you say Stuart this is a fantastic offer by the club. These sort of deals have become quite commonplace in recent seasons but there is sometimes a sting in the tail - with unrealistic figures set for the take up of the offer. The fact that ONLY 650 season ticket holders need to take the offer up is brilliant news and given that there is a "hardcore" of 1800 fans, hopefully a lot more than that will commit. By way of an example, Mansfield Town are currently running a similar promotion ... cost for an adult is £195 (ours is £199) ... but they will only get that price if a whopping 3000 fans commit - otherwise it reverts to 2008/9 prices (as will ours). www.mansfieldtown.premiumtv.co.uk/page/SeasonTickets/0,,10325,00.html Now given that their average attendances have only been a little bit better than ours (ie 2000 odd) then the chances of that particular offer being taken up seem a little unlikely to me, whereas with ours only requiring 650 to take it up (surely about the usual number who currently buy season tickets anyway?) then it would be hugely disappointing for all concerned if we cannot reach that target.

The club can try these things, which in my opinion are fantastic and should be applauded, but there is an undercurrent of twattishness at our club and some people will still moan or try to pick fault with what ever they try to do, sad ain`t it? People like that should definitely not be allowed to breed, I wonder why they even bother to breathe. Just imagine what the outcome would be if Sue Powell and Brucie had a love child, makes me shudder!

As I will have attended 20 home BSP matches this season, a season ticket has not been really viable. However, this is certainly a great offer and will be purchasing a season ticket for the first time both for myself and children. Just like to add that when young children cannot generally make evening matches keeping the cost low is essential. In practice, this offer will equate to around a £2 average entrance fee over the season for them.
