As Barton started a thread called Hill Forts Of Devon, I will reply on a new thread to his opening remarks on the other thread.

I particularly like this site on a Sunday - sermons (sorry I've not delivered mine today), match reports (yes, it's funny how there's always more to discuss when we lose. It was ever thus I suppose) and Dave's Devon Days Out guide.
Yes Barton Sundays have seen some of the best days the forum has ever had, one about two months ago rates as the best ever day of all times on here so far for me.
The reason we all belong to the forum is because we are all fans of TUFC and that will always remain the most important thing we will discuss on here, but I do firmly believe the forum should have as much depth as possible and should freely discuss and share our other interests.
I can understand why merse posted his remarks four hours after our team had won away again on Saturday night, I to felt so many had logged into the forum after the game had finished and none seemed to have anything to comment on the result.
I knew we would get top class match reports later as we did and thanks to those who took such time to write them for all our enjoyment. I learned the hard way on the forum after only a few months, that people will only write if they want too, or feel they have something to say and that really is how it should be.
Barton you say you love the forum on a Sunday, I love it everyday and I'll tell you why, it matters not when you log on, you will nearly always find a post that makes you so glad you did.
On Sunday we were treated to a real surprise, a great match report by midlandstufc, then some time later a great post with photos by alpinejoe, I loved reading that one.
This morning I logged on at work before I hit the road and was treated to a great match report by tufc01, what a great read that one was, then in Taunton around 12.30pm, I checked the forum at Eagle Plant and was so impressed by BudleighGulls lasted post. Look at the real treats you have brought us Barton and they were not all on a Sunday
As I had said so many times this forum is the forum it is because you the members make it that way, so as far as I'm concerned its great on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and yes often even better on a Sunday
