I know we keep going on about old players returning, but now having changed my views somewhat on Christie, I wonder if we should have tried to get him back here.
I'm sure when he was about to leave Rushden, he stated we would love to come back to our club and the fact is we have missed him in my view. He may have left in a huff, but I did put in a post something that was put to me as the reasons he fell out with Bucks. A case of having a close friendship and Phillips thinking Bucks would always pick him etc.
Still it can't happen now and at least he should get paid some wages at last.

He's starting for them as well. I can't fault his commitment, endeavour or effort but he didn't score enough and when running with the ball his neck muscles turned to jelly.
