Chris I wasn`t getting upset about it just can`t understand why you would not have him watched more closely first, hope we weren`t paying his wages and if Buckle only gets players in that he thinks will fit in then I don`t think he would have had a Billy Big Bollocks attitude because Bucks tries to get players with the right mental goings on, he has shown in the past that frame of mind is very important to him so if Plummer was pacey, skillful and good in the head then the whole thing perplexes me! I do appologise if come across a bit stong verbally but I can`t help being Australian. Like I said. There's only so much watching you can do. How many times have we seen Premiership managers splash the cash on players who very quickly turn out to be a disruptive influence, not possess the attitude to fit in with that team or the have the type of skills that the manager envisaged him having? Think about Wes Saunders, who was signed as a midfielder but was then converted to form an excellent centre half partnership with Darren Moore. Don't you dare use your nationality as an excuse for your rudeness!! ;D ;D. I've worked with them for years now. It's taken me a very long time but I've made them into decent citizens now!

What rudeness by the way? Don`t know what you mean! Would Craig Bellamy be a good example of a disruptive type your on about?

Ha!
I would've thought Craig Bellamy comes under the banner of "disruptive, but manageable by a certain type of manager". Besides he's a good player and as long as you could manage the complete dickhead side of Bellamy you've got yourself a talented player. Young Sam Collison of West Ham was quoted last week saying that Bellamy had gone out of his way to help him with his career. There's good in everyone.

He does thats why I said it, he is the type of player Bucks would not even consider! But having a good side to him is hard to grasp!

The difference being of course the everyone knows that Bellamy comes with a certain amount of baggage.
It'll be different for Plummer. He's just starting out in the game. Buckle would've only seen him play from scouting and obviuosly thought he had enough potential to make a difference. as for his character I'm sure he would've consulted with the Bristol city coaching staff. It could also be that the Bristol city coaching staff lied about his character to Buckle in order for them to send him down here if only to take him down a peg or two. But we can only speculate.
I one thing that crossed my mind is that usually when we get a loan player from a bigger club you normally get at least one supporter from that club who will post to ask how he's getting on with us. This time there's been no one.
