We travel to Tavistock for what will be their fifth preseason friendly already in the midst of a hectic July playing 10 games before starting their campaign with an FA cup tie on 3rd August. They play in the southern league south division with other local teams such as Exmouth, Falmouth and Bideford.
Due to the manager focusing on training for the new squad, this will be the last game before the Plymouth match 10 days after this so there will be a bit of a break for us fans at least. Tricky place to get to with their being pros and cons of either cutting across Dartmoor or going on the A38 to Plymouth and turning north or on the A30 west bound and turning south.
Not sure if the side will lineup in a similar format to that against Buckland or indeed, if Crosbie will be fit for this one, but overall it is another opportunity to get a bit of fitness into the players legs.
