What happened to health and safety? If the cow shed is sold out then how come there where over 30 Cov fans taken out of the Pop stand and allowed into the Cow shed? They should have been thrown out or arrested on grounds of incitement!

I was unaware there were any Coventry fans on the popside and did not see any moved past me, the game was played in a good atmosphere I felt, what time did it they move them aussue.

After about the first five minutes when the crowd down our end was pointing them out, then the old bill and stewards still stood around for five or six minutes doing sod all but watch! Then they moved in and slowly they shifted alot of poeple into the away end, after they did that they started to arrest our fans that were pointing out the Cov fans! So basically the Cov fans in our end that caused the issue get to go to the away stand and the fans that pointed them out get arrested! F*cken brilliant!

Have to say aussie I agree, I was watching the game with a cov friend who was quiet and clearly there were a few cov fans in our end but most had the sense to behave and stay incognito.
Those who made it obvious (and I was stood near you and they made it obvious!) should have been asked to leave not put in away end.
I thought the away end was full? surely a breach of H&S.
If they chant for the wrong team in the wrong end - kick em out.
Fair shout to the majority how were very well behaved though.

the police will aways argue that it is not wise to put a group of 30 away fans out on the street, one or two maybe, but a large group who would not be feeling very happy would be trouble. police would have had to have been taken from the ground, or more called in to watch them you can bet if more had to be called in, our club would have been given a bigger bill.
I said to timbo that I could not see any spaces where the yellow lines are in the away end, it is often the case when the away end is sold out, that the stewards let them stand on the lines, something we do not get away with on the popside very often.

I found it amusing that the yellow lines did not seem to be enforced where i was stood on a day when if there was an emergency clear exit routes would be necessary due to the large crowd.
Especially when you consider when there is only 1300 in the ground they are on to you so quickly to get off them!!
How does that work?

I was talking to Dave and his son about his service at the Battle of Jutland (Dave, not his son) and the Gestapo chappy moved me on. Then all the lazy late comers arrived and squeezed onto the yellow areas and despite several announcements were not moved on. I was concerned for the Health and Safety of our group (well Jon and I). I think for the next game, we should all stand on the yellow area and leave the rest of the stand empty!!

Dear me it is bad enough I have to put up with all the small Dave jokes but just how old do you and Barton think I look Ant(TUAFC1) was not at the game, he is only 33 and is a very handsome young man who once danced around the country for the radio one show. Now no disrespect intended for our member timbo, but he is close to his 50th birthday and while I started sex at a young age, he sure could not be my son. post edited as Ant is 33 and not 34 as he just let me know
