I see this was posted on Facebook by Mr Barlow.

“Following significant social media speculation and messages sent to me, I would like to let the yellow army know that I was indeed the member of staff stabbed in McDonalds Torquay last night.

I have been discharged from hospital and am recovering at home. Please note I will not be answering any questions on here about the incident.

Thank you everyone and please cheer us on to 3 points tonight”

Thankfully no major damage done, some stitches put in and rest needed. A bit sore but will heal fully and be back for the next home game. It's great that many people have sent messages of support and seeing if I'm ok and recovering. It means a lot.
