A friend of mine in London who is a big United fan has just named the new family puppy Roscoe after our Friday night goal scoring hero! Does anybody else have pets named after past or present Gulls players?
Any Terriers called Hilly?

My friend has a puppy. He rushes around chasing his tail but never catches it. He looks really cute and is eager to please but never quite makes it, he just runs out of steam. Everyone wants him to do it, some have even started chasing their own imaginary tails to give him hope.
The sad thing is we all know he'll never do it because he just doesn't have a tail to catch.
My friend is sad that he knows he's going to have to give him away soon. He doesn't want to, but all the tail chasing is doing his head in. Bet you can't guess the poor little pups name? ..................Paul. Close enough eh?

As you may know I have a parrot called Cleo, I might rename her but not after a Torquay United player, not I think I will find the name of a fan that I can call her from now on. I wonder what fans name would better suit my parrot answers on a postcard please.  |
