The first question is whether this game will be on today after the deluge we had over night and this morning. Due to stop raining mid to late morning and at least with our drainage system and the still windy conditions hopefully there is a decent chance of getting this game on. Just as well that it is at home as I do not think Taunton would have been able to host this today and we really do not want to put this back until the middle of the week. The next question is whether with a tough game against Bromley on Tuesday that we rest the likes of Hall and Lapslie although think overall that Johnson will put out a fairly strong squad. Likely first chance for fans to see recent signings Crole and Lawrence as well as an opportunity for them to get used to the other players. TUFC match preview Johnson looks ahead to Taunton test |

Had a rare look at the moaning site yesterday, and wow does it live up to its reputation!
One poster (with an extremely high IQ) had feelings about this competition which were/are akin to mine, and he was slagged off to the high heavens!
Everyone it seems is more than happy to see the club spiralling into the abyss for no other reason than stupidity!
My thoughts on this competition/pileofpuss are well documented, but as it seems the majority of fans are in thrall to this competition, I will curtail my opinions and rather just sit with a wry, knowing smile on my face as we disappear like a fart in the wind! 💨

No surprise whatsoever that the game is off.
It was bleeding obvious yesterday with everywhere totally waterlogged and overnight flood warnings.
The weather since has been better than expected.
Whilst “amateur” clubs like Buckland can keep fans informed as to what is going on, our club makes no mention the game was ever in doubt, plugged it as on yesterday, selling tickets at a £2 surcharge this morning with no mention of an inspection, then just announces it is off with no pre-warning.
Are they deliberately treating fans with no respect whatsoever or are they just unable to understand how you should treat fans?

Both Yeovil and Scunthorpe lose.
Yeovil, Oldham, Aldershot and Maidenhead all play Tuesday.
Would be nice for the teams we have a chance of catching to use up games without increasing the points gap.
