Out of interest, what level do clubs have to play at to “qualify” for the joy of playing in the Devon Bowl?

Out of interest, what level do clubs have to play at to “qualify” for the joy of playing in the Devon Bowl? Peninsula League and above. Used to be only Peninsula Premier so the net widened when Premier was split East / West and second tier scrapped a few years ago, promoting a load of Devon teams. 18 of the 30 are Peninsula. 2 Football League, 1 National League, 2 Southern Premier, 4 Southern First and 3 Western League. There are 19 teams in Peninula East with the odd one out being Dorset’s Bridport - the old coach stop on the way to away games at Bournemouth.
