Winning on Saturday meant we have now won nineteen of the last twenty six league and cup games we have played and we have only lost just three matches. Now I'm sure there will be the odd one who will state that we only play in a pub league etc, but you still have to beat the teams you face out on the pitch.
Would be great if andygull could do an updated chart to see how things really compare, but it does show what a great turn around the team has made, from the early games of the season. You would think if this form could be maintained, then we will have every chance of going up this season.
I really can see Burton dropping points sooner rather than later and the form we are showing could well see the gap not only closing, but even overtaking Burton in the table.

Dave, we only play in the pub league.........
Seriously though - it is a fantastic run of results and I'm gobsmacked as to the improvement over the last few months. I wouldn't have been hugely disappointed if Buckle had resigned after the Kidderminster match (away, not the home fixture!), but at the same time felt that he needed time to work with the group of players and staff that he had assembled and was critical of anyone who vocally / verbally critisised him during a match. I definately put this run of form to his leadership and believe that he has learned a HUGE amount about coaching, management, his players and himself. Win lose or draw, the performances are consistently vastly improved and the players really look like they are enjoying it at the moment. I'm extremely happy to shell-out £15 every week to watch a TUFC team that is consistently improving and providing some real entertainment.
I cannot see us overtaking Burton, but if we do I would be very surprised that any other team managed to out-do us. It's all to play for!

The run seems to have coincided with Buckle ditching his "Tracksuit Manager" look to one of shirt, tie and overcoat.
I'm not saying it has anything to do with the run of form just an observation that Buckle is growing into his own managerial style.
I've never seen Tisdale in a "Trackie" and it didn't do him any harm last year.

Shame that if we win the FA Cup, we will not be the first non-league team to do so.

Many thanks Andy, yes looking at the chart last season at the 33 game mark, was better, but we know what happened with our results after the 33 games. The chart will be interesting to compare as we near the end of the season, I just have a feeling, this seasons second half, will be much better than last seasons.
