With both a decent pitch and decent opposition we should get to know a bit more about the new signings and the squad as a whole although different players will be at different stages of fitness. Looks like we will get to see the like of Andrews, Hanson and Jarvis for the first time. Gary will be playing more or less what he considers to be the first team although that can change at this stage. There is a £2 surcharge to buy tickets on the day so worth sorting out beforehand with it being half price for season-ticket holders - link |

With Martin injured, Day gone and no O'Connell, we have no left wing back. 4-3-3 with Moxey orthodox left back, Hanson, Donnelan and McGavin in a 3 with Evans and Andrews either side of Jarvis? Or Donnelan centre back, Moxey left wing back (  ?) ,and Evans in the hole? Or a diamond? |

Trialist replaces McGavin. Could be the bloke who played no 7 at Exmouth but not sure. Tomlinson for Marshall. Koszela on at wingback with Evans moving up front to replace Andrews.

I think Quinn was lining up to be our fourth left wingback with Thomas moving over to replace Moxey, but the final whistle blew within seconds of him coming on.
0-0 in a competitive game. No surprise that Andrews and Jarvis a little off the pace in their first outing of the season. Hope we go from just solid looking to a bit more than that when they are fully up to speed.
