Thanks Eddy he sure was ace and while I was glad our singing stopped me hearing the Blackpool fans singing, I did miss hearing the great drum playing. Waiting to hear from Joe, we need to find out just what sort of drum would be best, then get dear joe some lessons ;D

Pikey, looking at that drum it is as you say a bass drum, but it would be to big, poor Joe would struggle with the weight, plus it would take up too much room and as you have to hit those from the side, we might get a few fans suffering injuries ;D it will need to be one that maybe can have a neck type strap on it, that can just hang in front of Joe.

Yeah I`m in.
The drum I have is well and truly dead. Theres a drum shop in Torquay which I`ll be looking in tomorrow to see about drums and sticks and ask about lessons.
With the chipping in for the drum, I dont know how to go about that. What do you suggest dave?

Joe find out what sort of drum would be best and then see what the shop asking price is, if they are asking too much then we can search for a good second hand one. Once we know what price we are looking at, then I will start a thread and and ask who could help to buy the drum. We have got at least three already and I would hope we can get a few more.

Joe hasn't played the drum at the last few games, it's been the loud bloke who brings the big flag!
There was another huge flag at the Blackpool game. Good work from whoever brought this, all helps to create a big game atmosphere!

I have played the drum at the last few games, the other person who plays a drum is called Frank and has a drum.
I bring my own drum, Jerry

Ok, sorry Joe. I stand pretty much next to "Frank" so only hear his drum!
If you can get one with 2 sticks and sound as good as that Blackpool drummer it would be fantastic!

If this picture works it will show you the type of drum required. I`ll chip in something towards Joe`s new TUFF drum.

I have sorted it for you, did you click on the image tag in post window, you just need to click the tag and then paste your photobucket link in the middle of the tags.
