It's getting tight at the top. Another win for Sutton today...5 of their next 6 games are at home. We need to start winning again.

Waste of time watching Rugby. It is a silly game. Can't agree with that at all, Jon. Rugby (union) is a far more exciting game than football. Both teams are intent on attacking every minute throughout the match. There is no standing still at any time by any player, no messing around by constantly passing across the back line, no diving to get a free kick, no disrespecting the referee. Even the front rows, heavily built though they are, are fitter than footballers. I've just watched France v Ireland and it was totally absorbing and refreshing. If you want a silly game, how about American football? One player stands at the back and throws the ball down the field so that a team mate can catch it and run over the touchdown line without even having to ground the ball. The rest of the team attempt to wrestle their opponents to the ground so that this can happen. They have a nerve to call that football!

Well said Stewart absolutely my thoughts. I played and enjoyed both Association Football and Rugby Union, and since the age of 11 I have been a regular spectator at both games. However throughout my life I have always found Rugby Union the most exciting of the two. That has not diminished my interest in football, and I am pleased that like many other people I am able to get substantial enjoyment from both. At 69 I may not be able to play either now, but still get that excitement as February and the 6 Nations arrives. Hopefully it will not be too long before the trip to Rome every couple of years is possible again. First jab on Wednesday so a step in the right direction, the only downside being I have to go to Home Park to have it! 😂🏉⚽️💉😷

When they rang me to make an appointment, I made sure to tell them at once that I no longer drive and was not prepared to travel long distances on public transport, and so I was booked in at Torbay with no problem. I believe that they also have a vaccine centre at the Riviera centre off Belgrave Road. Don't know why you have to go through all that trouble.

I had my jab at the Riviera Centre the same day you were at Torbay Hospital. I still drive and the parking was a nightmare. Might decide to walk there for my next Jab in April.

They have a nerve to call that football! Being purely pedantic here, but the term football didn't originally refer to the ball being conveyed by kicking it. It meant that the participants were on foot as opposed to being on horseback as in posh games like polo.

I live in Ivybridge Stewart so Home Park is nearer for me than the Riviera Centre or Torbay Hospital. There is no vaccination point in Ivybridge so my preference would have been Glenside surgery in Plympton, but for that I would have had to be contacted by my GP practice. There is no knowing when that will be so as it was possible from today for the over 65 age group to book direct on the NHS website whether they have been contacted or not I went for that option, but Home Park is the nearest. Only 12 miles mind so not too bad, it is just the thought of it being Home Park that causes a bit of nausea! 😷💉⚽️

If you want a silly game, how about American football? I would not argue that the Americans have managed to take a silly game and make it far far sillier. Compared to American Football, Rugby Union appears to be just a slightly silly game. Compared to proper football, it is a silly game.

I have been able to pull my legal team off preparing the case against Stefano for false representation before the costs got too high. I would have felt guilty suing an old aged pensioner. Stefano, a curry and a few beers should just about cover it.

🤣 This site is a legal minefield to tip toe through just for an occasional free curry on the end of it! 😂
