So near and so yet far. The turning point was just before their first goal when Neufville professionally fouled CLE as he came away with the ball and arguably a second yellow. Sod’s law a minute later he latches onto a loose ball to score. I didn’t realise he had already been booked. Definitely a yellow for that. 7th minute, late challenge. Just shows inconsistent reffing when gives other cards for similar decisions. |
