link - Kalala launches lawsuit against our club. Madness, has not got a leg to stand on. Probably his agent advising him again 🤪

Doing him no good at all. Silly boy. That rumour he is back training with us? I reckon he probably isn’t.

What a sad tale. Can't see what anyone had to gain by "alleged" forgery of documents or fraud, surely wires crossed and a misunderstanding at worst. Kalvin probably not that switched on and left it up to his agent to sort who most likely cocked up. The club know the procedures and legalities very well and I'm pretty sure they would have followed every rule required. Must say I was surprised when it was announced he was looking elsewhere especially with the Covid situation. For sure Gary Johnson was disappointed when he and Reid decided the were off. Have to wait and see how this one pans out.

Re. the arrival of Street, Sheaf and Lewis - well done GJ and his crew. Surely if the team keep their heads down, promotion chances are excellent - it looks like a great squad.
I confess to being surprised at the amount of support the BoD are able to give GJ in these unprecedentedly hard times - surely that says something about their commitment ?

It certainly says a lot about the owner...how much of a debt the Torquay fans owe to him! 🎩

Not to mention the debt the club will owe Clarke Osborne one day!

Michael Mancienne is currently a free agent- training with Lincoln City to gain match fitness after two seasons in the U.S. Former England U21 and Nottingham Forest defender...can play anywhere across the back four. Could possibly be lured to Plainmoor?

Could possibly be lured to Plainmoor? I would think Lincoln City, near the top of League 1, as well as being in the box seat, would be well ahead of the queue on that one, stig?

I dare say that had been a conclusion many reached about most owners who have taken the reins in the Club’s long history. Certainly was said in relation to all former owners in the time I’ve been supporting us, for sure.

I agree... thank goodness the TUST were never allowed to take ownership of the club back in 2016. I dread to think how far down the pyramid the club would be now however well meaning they may have been ! Only saying...

Allowed to take ownership? You make it sound as thought the trust had a dastardly plot to own the club that was somehow foiled. I don't believe the trust have ever wanted to own the club (I'm sure they realise their limitations as much as anybody does). They simply offer a "last resort" fallback in case the very worst happens.
