Many Torquay fans who set off to get there via Dartford Crossing will not make it to the game today, myself included. Been in stationary traffic for an hour. Bad luck, a poor game to miss. Remember getting stuck there going to a Dagenham game.

Remember getting stuck there going to a Dagenham game. By the time it cleared, satnav said I’d arrive at 3.35, match having kicked off. Had an exit just before the Crossing to turn back and, factoring in finding a parking space etc, decided to take it. Managed to get TUFC radio coverage without 4g signal going down all the way back, though. Calmed down by the time the goals went in. A very good win today. Wasn’t expecting one. Hats off to all involved and those who got there.

Ryan Dickson interview. Sounded like he did well in the second half, which is good news.

Ryan Dickson interview. Sounded like he did well in the second half, which is good news. I agree, been out with injury for part of the season but what he does offer is experience in a very young squad and that know how in tight match situations. We also have a small squad and need to utilise everyone where possible as tiredness creeps in towards the end of the season. Ling’s promotion run in is a case in point but this league has fewer games and the younger loanees came into the club a fair chunk of the way into the season with just Andrews coming in relatively early on right at the end of August and perhaps no coincidence that he has been subbed in the last few games.

2 good goals but particularly enjoyed Reid’s cut back and strike into the bottom right corner, boy, is he full of confidence at the moment. A completely different player from August.

Two well taken goals and to add Shaun MacDonalds handling in very difficult conditions was exceptional. If he had fumbled just one of those high balls it could have been a very different outcome. A real team performance yesterday. The idiot No5 desreved all he got took out Jennah intentionally and then proceeded to walk on him. Absolute prick. Nasty side who couldn't match us on the day.
