link - this game has now been rearranged for March 5th which will see us catch up on those three postponed games in the next three weeks. Some of you on this site may recognise the groundsman putting in a shift.

How old is that photo? That hog roller was hard work! We borrowed them from ECFC!

Bump - the first question is whether this will go ahead tomorrow? There is a strong breeze but some showers are forecast but no prolonged spell of rain prior to the match.
All of our recent losses have been followed by wins and hopefully another reaction can be had. This kicks off a tricky spell against teams towards the top but rather win against them than WSM. Chelmsford had a tough 2-2 local Derby at the weekend so could be a good time to play them?

Pressure game if ever there was one. Sooner we were away to be honest as I reckon the home fans could add to that pressure. Chelmsford are a good side that will have been encouraged by our failure on Saturday and all of the pressure will be on us to produce once again.
Can we handle it?

link - preview from Davis - quite rightly points to the massive improvement in the squad since the start of the season and even the good things that went on in the match - we were not outplayed.

link - Devon live preview with Johnson’s thoughts. After 3 hours of rainfall it has now eased up - if the worst areas were covered then have a sneaking suspicion play might just be possible. Heavy pitch may be to our advantage as Chelmsford could be a bit leggy in the second half as long as we don’t concede early and have to put up with continual time wasting!

Match had just been confirmed postponed 😟 Who'd have thought it, that rain coming in at the last minute.

Match had just been confirmed postponed 😟 Who'd have thought it, that rain coming in at the last minute. Still, poor timing. link - environmental agency have issued a flood warning as well. Looks like water polo would have been viable but not much else....
