The bar at the ground will be open before and after the match to our supporters-after, subject to review, depending on how things go during the match. The pubs near Twerton Park are very small,so if not intending to go to the Club bar,it's recommended that our fans (particularly if travelling by train),drink in one of the many City Centre pubs.

Thanks for the info torregull and that 3500 capacity puts a new light on things. link - As expected our allocation of tickets were sold out earlier this morning. Bath FC still had 200 Terrace tickets unsold as of Thursday evening and haven’t heard update since but possible they may still have a few left?

Have just purchased a couple of away terrace tickets from Bath which can be sent or picked up before the game and they still had approx 70 left a couple of hours ago...TICKETS STILL AVAILABLE ON 01225 423087

Where's best place for a pint. I can see the Crown and Full Moon but would imagine as they are so close to the ground will be packed.
I can see McDonalds down the 'High Street', any where else for a nosh?

link - David Thomas now reporting on the away following for this game and making the point that it is the highest turnout since the Plymouth game 7 years ago when we were riding high under Lingy. That was a cracking match and hope for more of the same

link - Somerset live preview of the game with a bit of team news and some anticipation that a 3000 plus crowd will turn up. Johnson is normally very reticent when it comes to our players and quite right in my opinion. With Keating back and Niate and Edwards due back from injury there are a few choices to be made but my gut feeling is for the same team to start. What it does mean is that we now have options on the bench to change a game if required which we have lacked for some time. Burton, Niate, Dickson, Edwards and Keating.

A big test this one. Both ourselves and an improving Bath City are in rich veins of form. Under Owers we were very lucky to win the reverse encounter. The atmosphere should be incredible with a crowd that will be split 50/50 Somethings gonna give or are we going to witness a rare draw? A huge sense of anticipation for this crucial fixture I hope it lives up to expectations and we come away with the three points to keep the pressure on our main rival.

I'm very envious of anyone who's able to attend the game at Twerton this afternoon. Bath City were mightily impressive when they came to Plainmoor early in the season, producing probably the best football from any visiting we' seen this season. Now it appears that they're also combining their stylish play with an impressive accumulation of points that has sent them flying up the table.
But of course, we have also improved significantly since that early August clash, meaning it appears to be nicely set up and balanced for an intriguing game today. Looking ahead, I'd take a draw in advance. However, if we're capable of beating Bath City on their own patch, then that would surely mark us out as clear favourites to grab the one automatic promotion place this season. Lose, and we'll have to console ourselves that we're unlikely to have to face a better side (even taking Woking into account) for the rest of this campaign.
Looking forward to reading the reports later.

Unfortunately can't make the trip today but will be listening on the radio link. Seems to be a massive build up and hype over this match I hope the younger/unruly middle aged element of our support behave themselves whatever the result.
Enjoy the occasion by all means but sadly already reports of flares being let off in Bath city center scaring kids and the elderly.
