Or in a time when a baby pops out of the Jack & Danny and the first thing it reaches for is an ipad...as opposed to titties! In a time...I think you know what i'm trying to say! I've had Syphlis, and the injections you have to get rid of it bring tears to your eyes! Much better not to bother! 1500 for me!  |

Didn't want to put this on the Leroy thread and demean it. Gareth Southgate is also up for a gong! What for...looking like a tramp in a waistcoat!!! Along with worthy recipients (Leroy) you get so many that aren't. Sir Shifty being one! Now they want to honour Southgate...who next...Beckham!!! Southgate is like the Kardashians! Don't see too many privates on that list. When I was in my 20s, I was a serving member of the armed forces. A mate of mine wanted to join a certain Para unit, and asked if I would join him! With a lot of trepidation, I agreed! Part way through the training, he broke his leg...I continued the training, and joined the said Para unit. On the course with me, were two officers, who wanted to be Paratroopers! One, was a Lieutenant, who had come up through the ranks, starting as a Guardsman (Private) and working his way up. This guy was absolutely brilliant...helping the stragglers, giving words of encouragement or a kick up the arse if needed! You knew, that if the shit hit the fan, this guy would be up front leading! The other guy was also a Lieutenant...but he was a lord! To be more precise...The Right Honourable Lord Bethel! A more useless individual never walked the planet! He couldn't run, (must be difficult with a silver spoon stuck up your arse) couldn't command...in fact, couldn't do f**k all! You knew, that if the shit hit the fan, this guy would be off like a long dog...straight back to the officers mess! Although both officers managed to pass the first part of selection, only one was needed! Yes sports fans, we know who got the nod...Bethel! So the Bethel's of this world sit in the officers mess (on eye watering salaries) and decide who the Queen should honour! 'Caruthers, who shall we put forward for an award this year?' 'How about Smith, Bartholomew? He attacked a machinegun post in Iraq last month!' 'But didn't he come up through the ranks Caruthers, starting as a Private?' 'Yes, you're right Bartholomew, we couldn't possibly choose him! How about Bethel, he got a hole in one at the golf club last week!' 'Yes, well done Caruthers, that's who we'll choose...haw haw haw haw haw haw haw!' That Pete, is why you don't see many Privates on that list! Others will no doubt disagree...but these are my experiences! Finally, the person who chose Bethel over the other guy got a Knighthood... the second most useless individual to walk the planet! You know what his name was ...Corbett! |

Well, it had to happen...'Elf n Safety' has struck in the wilds of Yorkshire!  Some of you might have seen (fat chance  ) my neighbour (about two miles as the crow flies) on the tele! 'The Yorkshire Shepherdess' as she's known! She was on one of the channels end of last year...four programmes! She lives with her Husband and nine (keep your legs together) children! During the programme, because there is no mobile signal up here and IPads aren't riveted to their hands, the children were seen doing daily chores before they were allowed to go and play! Forced to do chores...whatever next! They'll be sent to the Workhouse soon! The children played in Hay Bales...shock horror...wait a minute, I used to play in Hay Bales! The youngest boy (Reuben...nice lad) is about fourteen, and was shown driving a tractor...shock horror...wait a minute, I drove a Tractor long before I was fourteen! I could go on! So because of children actually enjoying themselves and not harming anybody or out causing mayhem, 'Elf n Safety' actually went to see her at her farm to give her a warning...you can't make it up! You see 'Snowflakes' every day making peoples lives a misery...do you see any sort of authority trying to deal with them! I'll help you out...NO! Get me off this planet!  |

We all know that nothing is going to happen to these odious people though don't we!
