B link - pity as liked him as a keeper but MacDonald has made great strides as a keeper where is was to alternate with a fit Bass so does not weaken us particularly. |

A shame but always likely to happen. No idea how good or otherwise Burton, now our backup is, haven't seen him play. If MacDonald picks an injury or gets suspended then I guess we will find out.
No problem at all with Sean MacDonald surprised a few and think he is very capable with many good attributes and a very good keeper at this level and probably higher.
Hope the Bristol boys don't follow!

We are fortunate to have a more than competent alternative in Shaun MacDonald, the one thing we can be grateful to Owers for.

We are fortunate to have a more than competent alternative in Shaun MacDonald, the one thing we can be grateful to Owers for. Basically we got the same defence with just Sendles White coming in and that seemed to be Owers strength |
