Not difficult Rob it was some time a go I found it quite easy to get banned . Not being given any opportunity to explain my comments I was banned instantly. Slight irony there considering the grief I got for banning Merse on here and that was after a number of pm’s! Still, that worked out really well for both of us and more choice for the long suffering Torquay fan. Incidentally, this forum will have been going for 10 years next month and 5 years almost to the day since Dave stepped down and transferred the ownership. |

Thank you for that information Rob but I think I will steer clear of posting on there. I do actually read the BTPR boards as on occasion as I registered under another user name just to view any news etc but I could do without the hassle to be honest. Been in touch with Mervo of late who was started the original.net site he gave me a link to the archive of posts from the Mike Bateson times 2000 so bloody interesting to read now. If you would like me to forward the link Rob I'll pm you. Alex Rowe / local board tgat was also my imediate thoughts. Alex was good for the club when he was here I'd like to think he has retained some interest. |

Alex has certainly retained his interest in TUFC - he is a regular in the Gulls' Nest. I would be extremely surprised if he joined the board under the current ownership though. I would not imagine it would be in the owner's best interests to have somebody of Alex's calibre representing the best interests of the football club. |

He's just come from overseeing the worst period of murders in London since 1888! I would imagine it was safer to walk around London when Jack was around than it is now! He's trying to arrange protests against the visit of Trump...the most powerful man on the planet...I would like to keep him on our side ~ wouldn't you? He's a fuckin Remainer! |

Well said, Reg. Personally I reckon that Sajid Khan is no better than Sadiq Javid, but as long as neither of them interfere with TUFC's plans for free season tickets for anyone from the Windrush generation, it's OK by me.  |
