Surely an unchanged team after the excellent second half v Barrow.
Can't see us getting the magic 50 points, but we have to keep plugging away and get as many as we can.
Still a slight chance that we could get lucky and stay up with considerably less - several clubs above us flying distress flags on and off the pitch.
We need three points from this one.

I can´t see 3 points coming out of this game Jon and we are slowly running out of games!

We're not going to be facing the same side that got off the bus 5 minutes before kick off last time. A draw at their place would be good for us.

An initial glance at the League table, and the immediate inclination to think only wins will do is very understandable, but I'm inclined to agree with Pete that we needn't be too downhearted with a draw. On the back of the creditable draw away at leaders Macclesfield, and the impressive win at home to Barrow, then coming home from Maidenhead undefeated should keep confidence high and set us up nicely for the run of 3 consecutive home games. A couple of wins from those home games (how many times have we said that before ?) really would give us a fighting chance.
Not that we wish it on them, but if one club, even possibly two gets clobbered with a points deduction due to their financial woes, the points tally to beat the drop might not be as great as surmised previously.
Like everyone else I'd much prefer a win, but can still maintain some optimism for National League survival if we avoid defeat on Saturday.

A relatively short trip for me, but unfortunately I'm working tomorrow. I reckon we'll nick a win with Williams opening his 2018 account for us. Agreed it needs to be the same side starting as got the win last week. Maidenhead have one win, one draw and three losses in their last 5. Same as us. They lost 3-2 to Stockport the other night, conceding two of the goals against 10 men. We can do this.

Well wasnt expecting that one excellent result a little chink of light maybe I was. Coming back after conceding their equaliser was great. The players will have belief after that. Unless he becomes our player, Romain will not play against Dagenham and Redbridge next Saturday. Sign him up.

Well wasnt expecting that one excellent result a little chink of light maybe Nor me! It's the hope that hurts us all... The joys of supporting TUFC i suppose. Just listened to the managers post match interview on the radio where he made specific reference to the negativity of the BBC? Interesting, maybe Brent's days of being made welcome at Plainmoor are numbered. A great result nevertheless and i look forward to reading a few match reports from those who attended. I may even take the wife out tonight to celebrate.

As much as I would like to I just cant get too carried away with this very good result today. Been kicked in the nuts far to many times over the last few seasons.
The last few results have opened the door very slightly though its still only a very small chink of light at the end of a very dark tunnel. Its just as much as others around us perform as to where we end up having played more games than most. I can still see us being sent down on goal average and that would be extremely painful to witness but it would typical for our hopes to be raised for a reprieve only for us to be sent to gallows on the last day. Maybe we can at least have something to cheer again after such a hopeless drought of from these past months and you never know do you?

Either the Eastern Eye or one of the nearby Chinese restaurants awaits... Or maybe The Teign Cellars?
