Our groundsman and groundstaff are up for awards! Not bias or anything but I think our staff deserve some praise! Their punching above their weight by miles! Let's hope Kev can get the players to at least be worthy of playing on such a lovely surface!

There might not have been quite as much rain, but the pitch seemed to stand up to things and look in better nick last season than for a couple of years.
Also a lot of hard work has been put in over the Summer to get the new surface ready and in good condition for Saturday's big kick off. It is easy to overlook the ground staff and all their efforts, so Aussie is right that all the graft to get things looking so good should be appreciated by everyone.
Well done to everyone at Plainmoor who's played a part in helping to get us such a good pitch, and to those who help to maintain it.

I do like it when people say I'm right! Even if it is Alpine! 😉
