Nice gesture from you and your mates. Always welcome. Have always thought fans of Devon clubs should stick together. Have supported Argyle a few times myself. Glad you are having a good season.

I'm sure there are a few on here will recall back in the late-seventies and early-eighties, when we had evening kick-offs on a Saturday, how a part of the old terracing to the right of the mini stand (looking at it from the pitch) would be occupied with a fair Argyle supporters in their replica shirts, who were obviously on their way back from Home Park to Newton Abbot and beyond. As far as I'm concerned Torquay United have always had a great relationship with Argyle... and long may it continue.

I'm sorry, but I dislike Plymouth Argyle and their patronising approach to us. Even more galling is the fawning TUFC fans who fall over themselves to curry favour with fans of Plymouth.
There is an arrogance to much of the Janner fan base, with their deluded belief that they are a big club and how long before they start going on about the Premiership?
Their promotion is built on the back of robbing local traders of money. They're cheats.
I have far more time for Exeter. At least they rebuilt from the bottom. Had Plymouth been a national league club they would have been demoted instead of celebrating promotion, whilst the traders they robbed are still recovering.

To be honest, we're so far behind the 2 other Devon clubs now that I no longer see them as rivals and trying to get one over them. I'm pleased to see Argyle get promoted and even more pleased that Blisett got their winner yesterday. It's good to have some sort of local success.
Argyle fans last season came out in numbers to one of our midweek games to lend their support and we certainly need it. I am also not complaining about the number of ex-Argyle players and managers we have nicked over the years either.

Devon clubs should stick together. I have always preferred Argyle to Exeter and have been to Home Park many times. However I am glad to see both Argyle and Exeter going well and hope to see all three clubs tasting success next season.
