please see attached link. there is a new council run lottery being launched. it will cost a pound a go and a chance to win £25k but more importantly 6op of each pound is returned to good causes. becausethe government are reducing subsidies for good causes, several councils are running lotteries to replace this money. a greater percentage goes to good causes than the National Lottery
another key point is that community groups can apply and you choose that your 60p goes to that good cause alone. not only is money going to a good cause but ti is going to the one you want to support.
