Have I read this wrong re today's HE report or is it the case that Dave Phillips is regarded as unlikely to be on a proposed advisory board to GI going forward? Probably best for all parties if so.
Edit: Just noticed it quotes all previous board expected to leave.

The outgoing board were initially going to stay on and run the day to day management if things had gone to plan at the end of last season but they have steadily lost the credibility to undertake this role partly, (amongst other things) as this was rightly or wrongly seen as an inducement in their agreement with GI and was not identified (along with other actions) as a conflict of interest
