All I can say is that, without pointing any blame, I find all of the above to be completely underwhelming and, at the same time, disturbing. Thanks for the optimism FloridaGull.Totally agree. ...statement from GI will be interesting. Who knows perhaps they see the club as a "quick flip ". Fix up the paintwork and sell on to wealthy international owners for a quick profit.
At least for the moment we still have a club to support.

They have to be given a chance to anounce their intentions.
Being business people its inevitable that the club will be looked on for a profitable return.
They're not in it for love or sentimentality for sure.
About bloody time to if you ask me simply put this club of ours simply cannot sustain continued losses or remain in its current form.
Osborne is a man that has held a position of interest in 80 diferent companies, the law of averages dictates that a fairly large percentage of those compaies would become disolved or insolvent for various reasons though on the face of it it doesnt instill confidence.
I only want an honest statement and I hope we will get that theres no reason to try and fool us.
We need to know the TRUE motives of their ineterest and their plans for the football clubs future - if there actually is one.
Ther Roberts debacle keeps coming to mind with all of his grand promisses and deception.
Surely it couldnt happen again?

I think companies have their uses, mainly but not always to make money. A lot of history and emotion attached to our club and no fan would want to see it liquidated. The question is, what has changed for GI since July?
