Wonder when we will get some (even remotely) good news from the club?

At this stage of the season any half decent players are going to be attached to their respective clubs. Anything else on offer is going to be somebody else's reject. Maybe we have not signed any decent players because there are simply non available. And another thing, the louder we wail about needing players the more likely we are to be ripped off by selling clubs and players agents extorting as much money as they can out of us because they know we are desperate.

Following your logic, since have been desperate for such a long time then it is unlikely we will see any improvements?

But why do we keep going on about Blissett not being replaced when we have williams. Blissett scored 4 times in 21 starts, hardly prolific, whilst Williams scored 6 times from 15 starts. What I mean is do we really miss Blissett and is a striker what we really need, given our defensive frailities?

I don't listen to it, but am reading elsewhere that DT revealed on this weeks Herald podcast that Hodgkiss didn't play at the weekend (albeit an unused sub) as the club was unsure if he was eligible. Jesus wept. I guess Crichlow returning frees a space up. Is Jordan Lee still with us?

According to Soccerbase, Kieffer Moore has made 8 substitute appearances (no starts) since signing for Ipswich in January and hasn't yet scored a goal, which is not surprising as he has mostly been brought on for the last ten minutes or later.
As he was signed on an 18 month contract, it would be logical to suggest that his career would improve if he were loaned to Torquay United for the rest of the season, as Ipswich clearly don't need him as a front-line striker at the moment. I wonder if an approach has been made to Ipswich in those terms ?

Jesus wept. What was actually said was that he didn't play because he had spent the week unsure of whether he would be staying with us. I took this to mean that Nicho felt he hadn't been focused in training so didn't feel he should start rather than an eligibility issue. He was on the bench after all so there surely couldn't have been a doubt that he was allowed to play?

An odd explanation, but I suppose we shouldn't be surprised by anything anymore. Have we made any signings ahead of this last of the group of matches against relegation threatened sides?

No news of signings as yet - just wonder whether our new owners are remotely competent?
