Will it make it to 96?
Maybe it will maybe it won't.
If not, will it be a natural death by living off credit until the credit runs out, or will it be murder by the parent company in order to terminate that pesky long lease and see the value of the newly acquired freehold rocket as it is no longer encumbered with a sitting tenant?
