Nice poster. I may be in a minority of 1 but I hope Nicholson hangs around even if we do go down.

That's 2 of us then Mid. It's been noticable in the last month that watching the team from the back of the bench, you can see that the team know what they're supposed to be doing, the tactics seem well drilled into them, they all look like they would run through a wall for the team and they look fitter overall. Seems like a total change from this time last season to be honest, as I never got the feeling any of that applied under Greavesie (it's a shame, but there you go...)

Nico has taken on a hell of a task for his first managerial job and is cutting his teeth in the most difficult circumstances. He is going to make a good football manager and if we do go down and sack him it will be the Gulls loss. I'm convinced that in the future he make a great manager wherever he is.

Although I do wonder if Nico was the right man at the right time, all credit to him for what he is achieving with very limited resources and with what he took over.
I do hope that he was made fully aware of the dire situation that the Club appears to have been in when he took over and that his driving and other duties that should not fall to a manager of a professional football club will not adversely affect his ability to manage and succeed.
If the unthinkable happens and we are relegated, I for one will be laying the blame elsewhere and would not support him being made a scapegoat.

If we stay up he should stay. If not, it should be reviewed but I wouldn't say definitely yes or no at this stage. The present run is good, but we need to continue it yet.
